کلوب فرهنگی فردا بسیار خرسند است که دومین جشنواره ادبی دکتر اکرم عثمان ویژهی داستان کوتاه را که برابر است با زاد روز آن بزرگمرد برگزار می نماید.
از مهمترین اهداف این جشنواره، ارج نهادن به کارکردهای درخشان دکتر اکرم عثمان و همچنین کمک به اعتلای بیشتر ادبیات داستانی کشورمان می باشد.
این جشنواره در حالی برگزار می شود که بر کشور عزیزمان افغانستان، جهل، ناامیدی و هراس سایه افکنده است. اگرچه آسیب پذیرترین اقشار جامعه در شرائط کنونی، دختران و زنان می باشند که از حق تحصیل و کار محروم شده اند، با این حال تمام مردم افغانستان چه در داخل و چه در خارج از کشور، از درد جانکاه مشترکی، رنج میبرند.
برگزاری دومین جشنواره ادبی اکرم عثمان، دعوتی است به چشم اندازهای وسیع تر و دوباره از جای برخواستن، برای پیوستن به یکدیگر و احیای هویت فرهنگی و ادبی افغاستان و برای برادری و برابری ملی.
ما تلاش کرده ایم که به محتوای جشنواره اخیر نسبت به جشنواره پارسال اعتلای بیشتر ببخشیم با این هدف که این جشنواره با ایجاد انگیزه بیشتر در نویسندگان افغانستان، روحی تازه به ادبیات کشور بدمد و همچنین پلی باشد برای ایجاد ارتباطات فرهنگی و ادبی بیشتر با کشور میزبان.
در اینجا ضمن سپاس فراوان از زحمات و همکاری های بی دریغ فرهیخته گرانقدر و نویسنده مطرح و صاحب نظر، آقای محمد آصف سلطانزاده، با افتخار اعلام میکنیم که از سال بعد، ایشان سردبیر جشنواره ادبی اکرم عثمان خواهند بود. بدیهی است که همراهی و همقدمی این شخصیت با صلاحیت، به عنوان سردبیر، دورنمای روشنی را برای این جشنواره ادبی رقم خواهد زد..
در آخر سپاسگزاری میکنیم از زحمات و تلاش های صمیمانه تمام فرهیختگان گرانقدر در گروه گزینش، گروه داوری، گروه ترجمه و به ویژه تمام نویسندهگان جوانی که داستان هایشان را به بخش رقابتی جشنواره فرستاده اند.
از تمام فرهنگییان و صاحبنظران فرهیخته خواهش میکنیم که ما را در راستای اعتلای بیشتر این جشنواره، همکار و همگام باشند.
